What are 'seconds'?

Seconds are products that are less than perfect. A natural part of the manufacture process is some products that don't quite meet our usual high quality expectations. This could be skewed, blurred or cut off printing, chips or dents - anything that is just not quite right.

Rather than waste these products into the bin, we want to give customers the chance to buy at a reduced price.
